One of our bestest friends called Bethan who partied with us up in Crewe.

Bethan with IK's and Zeddy friends forever

Then we had this awesome picture off Jacob who we partied with up in Lancashire earlier in the year. Santa did us proud and bought him a rock and roll guitar!! We will be up and partying with you guys again in march where we will be hoping for a jam with Jacob and his new axe!

Good one Santa... we knew you were a rocker!

Thank you so much for all the letters, and emails from everyone, it’s why we love our job so much.

You can also get one at an IK gig and the boys might even sign it for you if you like.

The Indie Killers smash KOKO

The boys at soundcheck at KOKO

This week the boys got to perform a full set at Koko in London. To say the boys were excited was an understatement. This place has so much rock and roll history over the past 100 years including filming of countless monty Python sketches, and being the last place the legendary Bon Scott (ACDC) was seen drinking before he died of alcohol poisoning. Over the past years its had hundreds of the worlds biggest bands play including of late : Chili Peppers, QOTSA, Babyshambles, The Clash, and recently was featured in Placebo’s video… AWESOME!!

Indie Killers rock another stadium!!

On 2nd October 2011 The Indie Killers were asked to perform at the Rugby League Championship Final at Warrington Stadium in front of 10’000 rugby fans. The boys performed while both teams were warming up with balls flying over head. This latest stadium gig is the 16th Stadium gig the boys have done in the past 2 years.

“You would think we would get used to it but it’s unbelievable. When the players run out on the pitch right past us while we are playing and the fire canisters are hotter than a cup of Tea from Forfars… which is hotter than the sun! It’s just amazing!” Damo

Big thanks to Warrington Wolves and also to Pete Nuttall from P10 Productions and of course the Warrington Wolves Cheerleaders who always make the best job in the world that little bit better!

Summer is a’rockin

The IK’s would like to thank everyone we have played to so far over the summer from the 30’000 capacity stadiums to the Dave’s 30th on the beach with just 20 of us. It has been incredibly busy summer with so many highlights. We are still choca right through till Xmas but as the summer draws to a close it will definitely be one we will never forget.

We have met some amazing new friends all over the country and we really hope to see you guys on the road really soon. It’s an honour and privilege to be in this band and we love it! And remember…..if there is a party, then we want to be there rocking out with you!

A big shout out goes to our new biggest fan Jacob who rocked out with us all night at Bickleigh Castle. Jacob is definitely an honorary Indie Killer forever-more. We had a great time with you and thanks for rocking out with us all night, you are a legend!

Xmas with The Indie Killers

Christmas was proper mental for the IK’s this year with 15 gigs in December all over the country. The snow did it’s best to foil the boys as they ventured up north a few times however their trusty van ‘Jason Donor Van’ got them to every gig, even if it didn’t always manage to get them back home without some assistance.

‘This xmas was a proper adventure with some amazing highlights, including Tom breaking his hand (not that that would stop him drumming), lots of snow, lots of coughs and sneezes and a lot of amazing audiences who wanted to party the night away. Thank you so much for an amazing month and the busiest so far!’ – Damo

New year came for the boys playing at a venue near Birmingham with truly lovely amazing people, especially 4 year old Joseph, who is a rock star in the making. The perfect end to a perfect year!

Thank you to everyone who helped dig us out of the snow, Boots the chemist for keeping Luke alive, The AA, The three 4×4 drivers in North Lincolnshire, The thousands of young farmers in Somerset who partied like it was the last day on earth, St John Ambulance for looking after us and the thousands of young farmers who shouldn’t have partied like it was the last day on earth, Bath rugby club, Santa, Tom’s hair dresser, Elle Evans for the awesome IK t-shirts, to everyone who braved the snow to come to a show and to Warble Entertainment who made it possible for the band to have such an awesome fun xmas!

The Indie Killers raise their Jack Daniels and salutes 2010…. now lets get ready to kick ass in 2011…… Are you ready?

Damo, Luke and Tom and all the IK crue!

Indie Killers play Headingley Stadium in Leeds

This weekend, the boys performed 2 gigs at Headingley Stadium where Leeds took on Sale. First taking to the pitch to perform a half an hour set to warm up the freezing crowd before the match and then again after the match to a more intimate crowd in the club house where a few hundreds die hard fans partied into the night.

The boys popped in to see Tom’s folks who live in Leeds after the match for sausage and bacon sangers before the trip back to Brighton.
